Xen Therapeutics was created from a deep belief that meaningful bodywork goes beyond surface-level relief. It is rooted in the understanding that pain, tension, and chronic stress are not just physical experiences — they are shaped by the nervous system, life history, and the way we learn to hold ourselves through the world.
With over seven years of clinical experience, my work blends assessment-based therapeutic massage, neuromuscular techniques, and trauma-informed, nervous system–aware care. Each session is thoughtfully tailored, guided by listening — to the body, to patterns of movement, and to the subtle ways stress and injury show up over time.
I approach massage therapy as a collaborative process rather than a one-size-fits-all service. My goal is not quick fixes, but sustainable change: supporting regulation, resilience, and long-term wellbeing through consistent, intentional care.
As a solo practitioner, I have chosen to build a practice centered on quality over quantity. This allows me to remain present, grounded, and deeply invested in each client’s progress. Ongoing education, ethical practice, and respect for the complexity of the human body remain central to my work.
Xen Therapeutics exists for those seeking informed, thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate care — whether navigating chronic pain, high stress, recovery, or simply the need to reconnect with their body in a safe and supportive space
